About Me

My photo
Behind Every Cloud is a Kindred Spirit (BECKS)I lost my grandfather when I was 17. I had a VERY difficult time getting over it. How could I still communicate with him? I loved him so much I didn't think I could live without him. I read everything I could get my hands on to do with the "afterlife" and that started it all...the love of Ghost Hunting and the Paranormal. I have been researching the paranormal for over 37 years!! It is my way of staying in touch with my grandfather. Being a Ghost Hunter is not always as exciting as it seems on TV. Many nights I have sat in the dark and not a thing happened. BUT it is those times you DO get that one voice, that one explainable picture or have an experience that sends chills down your back that makes it sooo worth it all!!! My purpose of this blog is not to make people believe in ghosts but maybe to open their minds just a little bit... I LOVE this crazy thing called Ghost Hunting. It is as much a part of me as breathing. I am just a girl that refuses to accept we can't still contact our loved ones after they die. My grandfather won't let me.

Eason Gray Cemetery-We were not alone

At the Eason Cemetery in Shady Shores, TX
Like to say welcome to our visitors for the night.

Eason Gray Cemetery-We were not alone!!!

What the heck ??????

This is an old cemetery in Shady Shores, Tx.  As far as I know, it has never been investigated before.
It is at the end of a very narrow, very old road  way up on a hill and has been abandoned for years.
It has several unmarked graves, and mostly has the Gray Family plots in it as well as several
infants and even a couple of unmarked Indian graves in it.  It is in poor maintenance and the
grass is all grown up with several of the tombstones laying on the ground.  It is a sad place
as I think at one time, it probably was a really nice, peaceful place.

We decided to go here because I had gone out a couple of years ago on my lunch and took
some pictures.  One of the pictures showed a mist hovering above a couple of fenced in graves
during the daylight.  I have posted it on here before.

We had a pretty large group as we had several new people that joined us for the hunt.  And
I would like to thank everyone for coming out and  sharing this "first" ever investigation
at the Eason.  We had GREAT flashlight communication and the K-2 meter was going crazy!!!!
I can't wait to go back and do this place again.

The above photos shows that we were not alone.  Lots of orbs around.
BUT the last picture......I don't even know what to say about it.  It was the
very first picture I took.  I did not have the flash on yet so I don't see how
it can be a reflection from dust or even grass.  I just don't know what this
could be??????  Is it paranormal?  Maybe.  I can't come up with any explanation
for this but whatever it is......it makes a great picture.
