About Me

My photo
Behind Every Cloud is a Kindred Spirit (BECKS)I lost my grandfather when I was 17. I had a VERY difficult time getting over it. How could I still communicate with him? I loved him so much I didn't think I could live without him. I read everything I could get my hands on to do with the "afterlife" and that started it all...the love of Ghost Hunting and the Paranormal. I have been researching the paranormal for over 37 years!! It is my way of staying in touch with my grandfather. Being a Ghost Hunter is not always as exciting as it seems on TV. Many nights I have sat in the dark and not a thing happened. BUT it is those times you DO get that one voice, that one explainable picture or have an experience that sends chills down your back that makes it sooo worth it all!!! My purpose of this blog is not to make people believe in ghosts but maybe to open their minds just a little bit... I LOVE this crazy thing called Ghost Hunting. It is as much a part of me as breathing. I am just a girl that refuses to accept we can't still contact our loved ones after they die. My grandfather won't let me.

Haunted Mills Cemetery "Smiley" Grave, Garland, Tx) July 27, 2013-Re-Post

I was asked if I would show this video again.  It is of me communicating with the "Smiley's".  I'm not going to re-write it, just read the information under the video and it will tell you the story of a devastating lose to the Smiley family.  I will say that there are SEVERAL stories relating to HOW this family died...the father murder them all......a tornado took the family as they slept... among others. I want to go on record saying that I DO NOT believe the father killed his family and I do not feel that there is any evil spirits here.  My encounter was with a loving family.   Hope you enjoy.  Just for the record....I really enjoyed my visit with the Smiley's.  :)

I wrote a book about my life as a 15 year old in Garland 1991. Funny thing is I put a story about Smiley's grave and the weird happenings the night my friends took me out there. It's now 2017 and I've been reviewing my manuscript, and this part of the story prompted me to google Smiley's Grave in Garland. My story also includes Ranch 111 and an experience there as well. Although my story is not a book on the supernatural, there are a few weird happenings that tool place at those two sites. I hope to have my manuscript published as there are unmistakably legends that I truly experienced.
