ARE WE STILL BEST FRIENDS WHEN WE CROSS OVER?

Are we still BEST FRIENDS when we cross to the other side?  This was a question I was asked this past weekend and I thought I would blog about it because I can only assume many people wonder about this after losing a best friend.  What will they do without them?  Right?  This is probably the number one concern of people that feel they have a  "soul connection" to another human being.  The one person or multi people that you feel know you the best and love you unconditionally.  The person that has been there for you through the good and the bad.  The person that made you laugh when all you wanted to do was cry.  The person that screamed the loudest when you succeeded and was your biggest fan.  Guess what?  Those feelings never change!

When a person dies this doesn't mean you never get to see or speak to them again.  Of course you still can!  And want to know something else.....they are ALWAYS there for you and even though you may not directly hear the voices you can feel their presence when you need it the most and sometimes when you least expect it.

Here's the deal.  Many people think that once you cross over and go to Heaven....that's it.  No more communicating with the living because they are in Heaven. Right? Wrong!  I am going to say this in a "Beckyism".  When people go to Heaven..... God doesn't say, "You are in Heaven now, you can not go back and help your friends and family in their time of need or sadness".  God is a loving God.  So he absolutely allows you to "visit" your friends and family to give them comfort or guide them in some way and then return "HOME".

So, the next time, you feel sad about losing your Best Friend, know that your Best Friend is not gone.  Think of it this way.... he/she is only in another room next to you.  You can't see them but you can hear them and feel that they are near.  So....talk away!!!!  Say what you need to just as your friend was right next to you (because they probably are) and take comfort in knowing they are not "gone" they have just stepped in the room "next door".

They still know when you do something silly and are laughing right along with you.  They know when you are doing something you love and they are right there supporting you.  And when you are sad and lonely, they have their arms wrapped around you gently as they always did.  The "soul connection" is NEVER lost are gone it's just how you see them now.  And one more thing.....every time you smile...…….so do they!!!!!!!!!  So don't forget to smile. :)

Losing someone close to you can be so overwhelming that it is hard to move forward.....so I want to share a little secret of mine that I hope will make you smile at least for a moment.  When you see a beautiful sunset or sunrise in all the beautiful pinks, purples, blues and yellows....that is JUST FOR YOU!!!!  No one else.....but YOU!!!!  It is a way that your loved ones can show you how they are feeling and how much love they are sending directly to YOU!!!!!!

MCBROOM CEMETERY-YOU WANT CREEPY WELL HERE IT IS!!!!

I thought I would re-post this because I love this cemetery!!!!  And every time I visit it, it stills just sends a little chill down my back.  I it just like looking at a field of coffins!!!  

Anyway, enjoy the post and if you know anything about these kind of "markers" or grave tombs, please I would love to know more about them.

So, I need your help.  I went to visit my brother in Arkansas this past weekend and we did a little ghost hunting around where he lives in Kingston, Arkansas.  We came across the Mc Broom Cemetery that sits up on a hill all by itself.

In all the years of investigating cemeteries, I have not ever ran across one like this.  It had several grave markers that were shaped like coffins.  Some little, some big, facing all different directions. The earliest settlers had their feet pointing toward the east and the head of the coffin toward the west, ready to rise up and face the "new day" (the sun) when "the trumpet shall sound and the dead shall be raised" or when Christ would appear and they would be reborn.  So, I really don't understand the way these people were laid to rest. hhuummm  I really feel the coffin markers are the actual size of the casket and the body inside...that was laid to rest beneath them because the baby's were very small and the adults larger.

I am very curious about these "coffin" shaped tombstones.  The best I can find out is that back in the 1700's the stone coffin marker was set on top of the actual casket. I wish I could read the dates on the tombstones, but they had all eroded over time.  I just think it is odd that I have been in some really old cemeteries and NONE of them had these kind of tombstones. 

If you know anything about these coffin shaped tombstones I would LOVE to know about them.  I posted several pics of this really "cool" cemetery.

THE HAUNTED HILL HOUSE MANOR IN GAINESVILLE,TX-ARE YOU READY FOR THIS??? RE-POST

I wanted to re-post our investigation we did about 3 years ago at the very haunted Hill House Manor in Gainesville, Tx.  I get asked all the time about it, so here you go for those of you that were wondering if it WAS REALLY HAUNTED or not. 

I have been here several times since then and each time have had an awesome time and collected great evidence.  And Linda Hill, she is so nice and gracious and has done a great job with putting together a great place for you to setup your equipment as well a period themed living area to take a quick break in between running up stairs because your REMPOD is going off and down to the back of the house to the murder room!!!  If your looking for something haunted to do this summer, then I suggest you grab your gear...and head out for a night of certain paranormal events.  http://hhmgville.com/

So, if you haven't heard of the haunted Hill House Manor in Gainesville, Tx let me tell you a little about it....The house is located in Gainesville, Tx just off one of the main streets on the square.  It has been there since 1883.  Gainesville has a dark past. I guess it is best known for The Great hangings of 1862.  In the Hill House, it has been reported that a spirit of a little boy and girl are there, along with a man and woman who know ones knows who they are.  It has also been reported that there is a "ghostly cat"....YES I said CAT....that roams the house.  Paranormal groups have reported to have been touched, orbs and shadows are seen, along with a mist or fog.  I have heard some GREAT EVP's from here, but now I have a few of my own to share with you guys.

Linda Hill acquired this house along with several others in May of 2004.  They have named it Hill House Manor because they have no idea who built it or owned it over the years so they chose to use the last name of  the current owners.   The house was a triplex when they bought it.  Two of the units were livable; one was and continues to be used for storage.  For over 3 years they rented out the units on a 12 month lease basis.  Not one tenant stayed for the full 12 months.  The downstairs unit has not had a tenant stay for 6 months.  The upstairs unit has not had a tenant stay 2 months.

It was a loooonnnnggg night for us investigating!  We got there at 7:00pm and left at 6:00am in the morning.  The house itself, for me, did not give off like a super creepy feeling.  I do think spirits were there, but nothing evil or bad that I picked up on.  Now through the course of the night we had several personal experiences.  Right off the bat....we sat up in what Linda refers to the "window" room where supposedly a young boy and girl play.  You know me, I LOVE animals...so I brought a cute, little furry mouse to use as a trigger object for the "ghost cat".  It is very sensitive, so at any sign of touch it would squeak.  As we were sitting in the floor about to start an EVP session....all of the sudden the mouse starts going off!  It was squeaking all by itself.  We all saw it.  That happened several times through the night. 

Then we had set up our motion detector or shadow detector with a "grid"(a little light that shines dots all over the room so that you can easily see someone pass through)in the hallway upstairs.  As we were in one room conducting our investigation, the "shadow detector" starts going off.  So I went to the hallway and started asking if someone was there, could they walk back and forth in front of me so that the shadow detector would go off....and guess what????? IT DID!!!  Then, in another room, the murder room(so it's called)one of our investigators starts crying.  She had no explanation for this, just that tears started rolling down her face.  She said she had a overwhelming feeling of sadness.  One of the EVP's we caught has a young female voice responding to our investigator by saying "don't cry".

We also used the dowsing rods and was getting a lot of communication that way along with flashlight communication.  At one point, I had even recorded some music resembling that in which would have been played in the early and late 1800's and well......just wait and listen to the EVP's to see what that produced!!!

What can I say about the Hill House Manor?  Well, I really enjoyed it and hope to make another trip back soon, but did we get over whelming evidence.......not so much this trip.  BUT.....the things that we did capture on video and audio along with our own personal experiences.......I think are pretty amazing .  You guys check out some of our evidence and let me know what you think.   Below is a clip with a few good EVP's.  PLEASE NOTE*** One of the EVP's is a BAD word in it, so please be aware of this before viewing the video.

PART 2-YORKTOWN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL- 2016

So, below are just a few of the pictures inside Yorktown Memorial Hospital.  Let me say....this place is very dark, dusty and dirty.  We wanted to get in before dark to take a look around just to check out lay of the rooms but again this year, was told we could not get in until 8:00pm.  So be very careful....if it ya'll  are going in for the first time after dark.  There are lots of thing you can trip on and holes in the floor. There is also no electricity in the building.  There is only one light pole out back that we were able to plug into and run some heaters in the room we were set up in. 
 

So we set up basecamp in the far back corner near the door that the young man was dropped off by his friends on the steps and left out in the cold to die because they forgot to ring the bell so that the nuns would could to the door and find the young man.  Many refer to this lingering spirit as TJ.

So below are just pictures throughout the hospital.  There are countless dark and creepy hallways that after a while start to look the same.

Now, I am posting one of the MOST AMAZING videos of an apparition that one of my friends, Michele of Whitedog Paranormal out of Chicago captured last year during our investigation.  Below are pictures of the room that you will see in the video of the door opening and closing on its own and a light bright casting a "light shadow" out into the hallway.  AGAIN, there is NO electricity and no possible WAY a light this bright could cast a shadow of ANYKIND!!!!  The room was pitch black and know one was in the room.

We heard footsteps up and down the halls all night when know one was walking down them.

And below are pictures of the Creepy Doll Room and the basement where actual blood on the walls have been tested and proven to be authentic!  I will be telling you about the experiences we had in the doll room and  the basement hopefully tomorrow!!!  But here is the video that we shot last year of a scary little doll that seemed to be responding to our questions.
